How to download Tranya Audio APP?

Please search “Tranya Audio” APP on Google Store or Apple Store.

Why my earbuds don't power on/off automatically?

The earbuds would not power off automatically when the case is at low battery or out of power. Please recharge the case. And you can long press for four seconds to power on and long press for four seconds to power off the earbuds.

Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?

There are usually lots of underground cable lines along the places mentioned above, which might cause electromagnetic interference and result in the signal interruption.

How can I switch ANC ON/OFF?

You can turn on or turn off in APP. And you can download “Tranya Audio” APP on Google Store or Apple Store.

How can I clean the earbuds?

1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol-based disinfectants. For precise cleaning, put the cloth on the end of a toothpick.

2. Pull off the eartips and clean the metal mesh with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the metal mesh with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.

3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean Nova.

4. Do not let water get inside Nova and if you used a watered swab to clean the mesh, let them air dry after cleaning.

How to turn on game mode?

Please turn on game mode on “Tranya Audio” APP.

My earbuds don't charge, what can I do?

Please try to follow the below steps:

1. Clean the charging slot on charging case.

2. Clean the charging connector on earbuds.

Why the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

1. Please long press the earbuds and hold for 4 seconds to see if you can power them on manually.

2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.

3. If still doesn’t work after recharging, see "How to reset the Nova earbuds?".

What should I do if the earbuds still playing when I put them back into the charging case?

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not power off automatically when you return them to the charging case. Please long press the touch control button for 4 seconds to power them off manually, and recharge the charging case.

What should I do if there is no sound while connecting to a computer?

1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect Nova again.

2. You may need to select the Nova as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.

3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

What should I do if only one earbud has sound?

1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, pick them up and reconnect.

2. If that doesn't work, see "How to reset the Nova earbuds?".

How to reset the Nova earbuds?

1. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth.

2. Put both earbuds back to the charging case.

3. Press and hold BOTH earbuds up to 6-8s until the lights blink;

4. Reconnect the earbuds,then they will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically.

Can Nova be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

1. Turn on the Bluetooth of device 1, then find "Nova" on device 1 and connect to it.

2. If you want to pair with two devices simultaneously, please turn off the Bluetooth of device 1 first, then turn on the Bluetooth of device 2; find "Nova" on device 2 and connect to it.

3. Finally, turn on the Bluetooth of device 1 and device 2, the Nova will stay connecting to your both devices.

What should I do if the earbuds don't pair with my device?

1. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to pair it with your earbuds again.

2. If the earbuds are not pairing, please try to reset your earbuds. See "How to reset the Nova earbuds?"

What should I do if only one earbud works?

1. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to pair it with your earbuds again.

2. Long press the one that doesn’t work and see if you can manually power it on or off.

3. If not, recharge it and check again.If yes, please see "How to reset the Nova earbuds?"
